What is the in game time zone?

I can not figure out when it hits midnight in game! Can anyone help me?

From what I can tell, since the daily reward counter resets at 7 PM CST, the server seems to be on GMT.
7 PM CST is 12 AM (midnight) GMT. I assume the daily counter resets at midnight.
So convert your time zone to GMT to find appropriate times for whatever you're trying to figure out.
