Max one at a time or keep them even? Empty Max one at a time or keep them even?

I finally got to 70, I was able to put one point in Soul Resonance because I got passives and had no points saved up.

Now, I have three options. Put 1 in FR and then max SR, keep SR at 1 and max FR, or keep them even as I level?

Nevermind. I got to level 78 and I just do not like AB, so I deleted it.
