Quest Freezing the game (Jbx)

hey guys,

i am a level 122 DS.
last night when I completed a quest, I tried to click on the quest tab to open the quest window, but every time I do it, the screen frozen and I have to quit the game and log in again. But the quest window still cannot open.

anyone have the same issue?
any advice? I have emailed through the customer service but they haven't reply me.
