Constant disconnects/Unable to log-in (Kylex)

"waiting for response" - the network is perfectly fine

it sometimes logs me in but only for around 30~ seconds and when i do log in. my VIP buffs + 7-day 50% exp buff has gone.


is anybody else struggling to get access to the game?

I think he was able to fix this by using airplane mode and forcing his phone to use WiFi instead of his cell phone's carrier service. So this is a possible hotfix, to disable any features that the phone may have like Smart Network switch.
