Need some help regarding build (kylex)

i've been looking at the previous topics and they really helped me get to lvl130 incredibly fast but the issue im facing now is;

im full dex currently and have full unique gear but the monsters still 2 shot me in the mushroom place (lvl130)
which makes me think.. is there any reason to go full dex? does dex even help at lvl150?

just curious if somebody can tell me what they did/have done now at lvl 150 in regards to using skill points and where they put stat points.
