Unable to move upon entering a new map

I discovered ive had this issue for a while, but recently i figured out how to reproduce it.

When entering a portal to a new map, if you are "in motion" while entering it (such as "jumping into" the portal, or moving into the portal), you will experience this glitch when entering the following map.

To avoid this, simply make sure you wait a small amount to allow movement to end before entering a portal (something like 0.25-0.5 seconds)

To solve the issue if it DOES happen to you, the only solution i found, other than closing the app, is to use a town scroll. Using a quest warp didnt work for me.
