Dojo problem

So just a problem ive had since the dojo started.. I can join/start a lvl.
For me its a completely random problem.. but alot of the times it will force close the game but not even give me the option to send a report.. just goes back to my home screen.. then I have to reload the whole game and it takes a awhile with the info pop ups and I could be a floor behind. If its the last floor its almost sure its gonna be done so I dont get the reward from the chests been times I dont even get the reward points..

Just not sure if its a problem I have or a game problem

Does it only happen when your with other people?
