New chatbox up and running.

New "Open Chat" function at the bottom right of the screen. Use this to access chat no matter where you are on the site. (Members only) you have to login to use our chatbox features.

ah it seems like it's stuck only to the homepage. I though it'd follow us when viewing forum threads as well
