Chances are you're running slim to no DEF. These Bosses will demolish you until you can get your defence up.
I recommend stocking up on potions, make sure you have the highest level gear you can wear for DEF. If you still can't do it, Level up some, spend some points in DEX for DEF (STR for AB)
and try again later. DEF makes a HUGE difference against bosses.
