Fashion Items Empty Fashion Items

Is there a way to move fashion items into the bank? Scissors of karma doesn't seem to work... :/

Not that I'm aware of, kind of odd that scissors of karma doesn't work for putting them in storage, yet when trading is out you can mail them.. Stupid in my opinion.
