Characters Missing (Jernoob)

Hi did anybody else update their game and have their players on the login screen disappear? This better be a glitch of some sort..

PMS has spoken and acknowledged the issue. Delete the app and reinstall and your characters should return!

We've been reported of a issue from the iOS users that characters weren't visible in the main character selection screen.

We have found the source of the problem, and we have fixed this error immediately.

For the users with these problems, we ask you to delete your current game application from your device and download the latest app from the market.

I personally had this issue on android, it did work for me.

I am facing a slightly different issue.
For over 3 days now, I've been unable to log into my main character, yet I am able to enter other characters on the same account. I tried deleting the app, re-installing it, updating it and what else, but whenever I try to enter that specific character, the app collapses.

iOS user (iphone 4s & ipad mini) - this happens on both devices.

Sounds like it might be related to a buggy area you are in. Do you remember what map you closed it on? If you can remember, you could try reporting it to Nexon.

Same issue as zlatan, works fine when i log into other characters but when i tey to log into my kaiser the game closes, i remember being in the city before the dojo city with the pandas.. Nexon hasnt answered now for 2 days.. Sad

I've had this issue since December 8th, and today this was their reply:

Thanks for relaying their very vague message. I guess it's harder to pinpoint errors in an app than in a full computer game. Sad
