Dark Metamophisis worth it? (rasalgethi)

Hey guys,

Can someone give me a bit of insight on DM?
I'm currently running all passive buffs and RS and DI, now I was thinking about DM. But is it worth not maxing DI and also taking up DM? In terms of max damage. Also I intend to mainly auto-train and do solo/group dungeons

Let me know what you guys think.

Not worth it in my opinion. You have to pour out so many points into it and it gives only about 200ish attack. I'd rather spend those points on maxing DI.

Agreed. Dark Metamorphosis just isn't the right build when you need to choose so carefully. If we had more skill points it'd definitely be worth looking into.

And @toff can I get you to reduce the height of your signature by at least half?

What's your skill build?
I've just started a DS, and I'm crunching the SP. DM looks pretty decent, and I think I have enough to put at least some into it...

I don't know really... Most of the end game skill builds for a DS have DM maxed. Right now I have DM maxed and it's alright, it helps with crit rateand gives you 18%, and it also gives you atk 39%.

I've been enjoying using DM. Having the extra kick from the aggression for some push to keep guys off you, especially when you get to parts like mushroom kingdom, has saved my life a few times. Also the dmg of my DI goes up a huge amount with it, but I've got both of them maxed. (currently 137) I think the perk of leveling it with your DI is it helps make ur DI stronger without it costing more mana and pots, though I'm not really sure about how much it'd really save you. And my DI crits 100% of the time.

P.S. Another thing I like about the aggression is in dungeons, when you have to get those super irritating flyers, you can hop on a rope and move up and down and it'll hit them. lol I know its not like a huge thing but I enjoy it.

Minadein, I'm running a passive build with RS and DI. However, I've been prioritizing my autocombat so Obsidian Skin and AWM were my 4th job go-tos. I also have high level Max HP boost, Dark Focus, and Raven Storm, with Max Force and Focused Fury maxed out.

I have maxed DI and AWM so far for my 4th job.
For my 3rd job, I have also maxed FF, but my RS is only at 30.

I haven't really needed OS yet, but I think I'll have to start putting some points into it soon.
It would have been nice if we had another 10 SP to play with xD
