Active play with full DEX

Does anyone do this? I like to actually play rather than auto, but I still like not dying.

Should I do 2 DEF 1 ATK stat instead of just full DEF?

Also, is 60 the magic number of CRIT stat for all classes? 60 LUK for AB/DS and 60 INT for KS? I like to put 3 points into CRIT stat every x5 level.

Well, you could I guess, but it would be slow/really slow.
The most efficient way to play would be to skip the boring part of grinding, by autoing and then when you're around level 130~ (depending on class obivously), you should stat reset into a full offensive build.

But if you'd want to go for manual play all the way, then I'd recommend at least a 2:1 build focusing on ATK over DEF. This might burn through mesos fast though, since you'll need to use a lot of pots for both HP and MP to train fast.

CRIT depends on equips, skills and stats. It does seem that a decent level 130+ helmet + skills woudl require around 60 points in the crit stat for that class.
There is a formula for this somewhere on the forum the topic is called 'let's get critical'. I've read that it can be done on a KS with as little as 30 INT.

I don't really like leaving my device on all night, which is why I play manually. Although I do auto-combat occasionally, but even then I still watch the game while it's running. Unattended auto is out of the question though.

This game is so different from most MMOs I've played, in that there really isn't any leniency in your build at all, and since it's a mobile cash grab made by Nexon, it's that much worse with all the pay-to-win wallet draining aspects. Don't get me wrong, I quite enjoy the game, it's just that Nexon tends to leave a bad taste in my mouth.

Anyway, I've been playing for 2 weeks now, but I just keep deleting and restarting trying to figure out the best way to build for my playstyle.

I love the near invincibility of pure DEX, but the damage is severely lacking. And as you said, if I go full ATK or ATK hybrid, I'll be draining my Mesos on potions and probably revivals.

Bleh. I've always had this stupid indecision in games. I once deleted a level 89 character on WoW because I randomly decided I wanted to change my race. I spend more time trying to decide what kind of character to make and thinking of a name I like than I do actually playing sometimes. I've actually never reached the level cap in any game because of this.

Full DEX, are you talking about kaiser?

I have a full DEX AB. Saved a few points for LUK, but I think I won't need it as I'm nearing 100% crit from getting better/cubed equipment.

The 30 INT for crit-lock Kaiser seems very low. It might be relying on INT potions, which is a valid strategy.

I guess I should have said full DEF. I'm talking about any class.

Well if you are committed to active play only, then you could prioritise ATK over DEF.

This really depends on how often you get hit, whether you have AOE skills for mushroom+, etc.
